USEFUL TO KNOW

Before you source.

What hardware can you help source?

The scope includes furniture hinges, drawer runners, handles, knobs, fasteners, connectors and assembly components, as well as door and window fittings. Dimensions, mounting details, loads, movement and finish requirements help define suitable options. Specific brands or availability are not assumed.

Can you work from a drawing or an existing specification?

Yes. Drawings, schedules, samples and product requirements are the basis for sourcing. Proposed substitutions should be identified for review before an order is agreed. This prototype does not accept file uploads.

How are fees and delivery responsibilities agreed?

Supplier pricing, sourcing services, inspections and freight are scoped for each request. The quotation should identify included work, exclusions, payment terms and responsibilities. Procurement proceeds only after those terms are agreed.

What about Australian requirements?

Product and import requirements depend on the material and its intended application. Relevant evidence, testing and import conditions need specific review with appropriately qualified advisers and providers. Sourcing support is not a blanket compliance guarantee.
